Maine 2014

This year we spent our Seven Days in Maine under clear sun and calm seas.  The weather was impeccable!  The ocean so calm it appeared like a mirror, or a lake instead of an ocean.  The surrounding ocean sounds were just as still.  Voices from lobsterman conversing about wanting a soda, and their haul would echo off Sheep Island.  Nash was not up to walking on the rocks this year.  A sad reminder he is getting older, 14 years old.  He would not hesitate to let us know he did not want to be left alone, but by the end of the trip he was content to watch while Pearl, Willow Sunshine and Me would walk out to low tide - but not for long.  A few photos of the trip.
